Le Hüb Grenoble

In the heart of the Grenoble Europole district, the Hüb has been designed as a "multi-living" residence, welcoming a variety of visitors in the same place. Year-round students, business people on the move, lecturers and researchers, families on the move, backpackers, local residents... the Hüb aims to create a real mix of generations, nationalities and personalities.
The challenge for this new urban living space is to succeed in promoting interaction and exchange between residents and outside visitors, while respecting each other's indivisible rhythms of life. The premises have been entirely designed to create modern and warm spaces, ensuring maximum comfort for visitors thanks to ambitious choices in terms of hospitality.
On the ground floor, the Spöt, a 150m2 coliving area, completed by the Patiö, a 500m2 outdoor garden, houses a lounge-snacking bar area, a relaxation and coworking area as well as a fitness room...
