We really like to use a day room at this lovely hotel. With the exception of the hot tub usually being unavailable, the rest of the facilities are really good. We also like going back to the room for some peace and quiet.

At check-in, they didn't have my reservation number. Seems they keep a separate list for Dayuse customers. Took 15minutes to enter my details all over again. Then they asked for a holding deposit of £125 and promised this would be returned. At check-out I asked how this would be returned and was told 'all done, everything is in order' without asking for my card to return the deposit to. Not happy!

When I showed up at reception I learned that the room was not ready and that my reservation was not reflected in hotel’s system. That caused delay in getting into the room.
