There was no issue with check-in. The front desk staff called her manager to get the reservation as they go to the manager and not the reservation desk. Once she got that we were able to get our room. She easily switched us to a King Size bed which was very nice. We had a view of the pool that was sadly closed for most of our stay due to maintenance. The AC was blowing ice cold and we had a nice time. The room walls are a bit thin but most hotels have this issue. We had no issues with parking as we just used street parking. I only take points off as there were a few noisy things from the building during our stay. Great Hotel and definitely worth the $79 bucks to chill out for the day.

Our visit got off to a rocky start. The reception area is a bit rundown and there was just one very overworked person covering the front desk including taking phone calls. She was unable to find our reservation, but she used my confirmation in the DayUse App to create a reservation for us. She was very professional and helpful, and once we got our key, the rest of the day was pure bliss. The rooms seem to be newly remodeled - they were super clean and comfy. There is an *amazing* pool to use as well. Parking is not included so we just paid for street parking. All in all, once we got the reservation sorted out, this was a wonderful experience!

I was in a hurry when checking in and they forgot to give my card back after they took it for incidentals and they didn't give it back when i checked out so I had to go back later and pick it up, which was kind of annoying. Also when i said i had to be on a meeting in a minute the front desk person still tried to persuade me to take the time to sign up for ihg rewards. it's not that i was blowing her off or wasn't at all interested, but that i was running late and needed to be on a call immediately. there was something weird going on with the plumbing, every so often i could hear water moving past the drains in the bathroom, it was surprisingly loud. but hotel was clean and comfy.

We had an excellent experience at the holiday inn. Our flight landed at 5 am and we couldn’t check into our Airbnb until 3pm. We really needed a place to nap and shower and the room was perfect for that. My only suggestion would be earlier check in options. Thank you!
